Contentious Litigation? Get a War Crimes Negotiator to Settle the Case
Is
your litigation particularly contentious?

The AmLaw Daily reports that Prosper was "brought into the case by federal district court Judge Stephen Larson to oversee settlement negotiations among all three parties because (according to Prosper) the "judge and the parties thought [his] international experience mediating and negotiating armed conflicts would translate here."
