         <description><![CDATA[<p>Here, here, Richard and Vickie!  People have people problems.  Yet we still continue to market mediation/ADR practices by talking about the features of mediation, as if that would resonate with anyone.</p>

<p>What resonates are the benefits, the feeling parties experience AFTER mediation: peace of mind, understanding, closure.  Sorry for the small rant...I couldn't resist.</p>

<p>On another front, improving trust and communication are the final frontiers for innovation and cost-savings in American business.  If companies studied building trust like they do market trends...</p>
