<p>Wow! Perhaps your dad's doctor should educate himself on palliative care. If there were an etiquette on death and dying, he certainly would need more than a refresher course. </p>

<p>Follow your gut, follow your heart and your mind will take you there. Your strength will come to you through your dad, now and after he's gone.</p>

<p>You are, after all, your father's daughter. I always knew that.  </p>
